DINO BARS was born from a parent’s dream to make snacking simpler, healthier, and stress-free. As a family-owned brand, Jessica and Ian are passionate about creating wholesome, delicious snacks that parents can feel good about.

Jessica, raised in Germany, grew up surrounded by fresh, natural foods straight from her backyard. When she married Ian, an American, and started a family, their shared commitment to healthy living through fitness and nutrition became their guiding principle.

The story of DINO BARS began with the birth of their first child, Liam. After introducing solid food to Liam, they quickly realized he couldn’t tolerate refined sugars.

While they always emphasized the importance of homemade food, they needed a healthy, convenient option for busy moments. In Germany, they were lucky to find a wide variety of sugar-free, store-bought snacks.

Where We Are Today

As life got busier with the birth of their second child, June, and their move back to the U.S., Jessica was disappointed by the lack of nutritious snack options for kids. She started making her own snack bars for her children, and soon, they became an instant favorite among not just their family, but other parents too.

With the success of their homemade bars, Jessica and Ian decided to take their passion to the next level, creating DINO BARS to share with families across the country.

Today, DINO BARS are made in Charleston, South Carolina, using only wholesome, all-natural ingredients, and shipped nationwide to support busy parents and happy kids.
