Refund policy

DINO BARS are food products that cannot be resold if returned. We truly believe in our products, but we also understand that not everyone has the same taste. That is why we offer a satisfaction guarantee for the following sample pack options:
  • Try Them All (5 pack)
  • OG Fruit Flavors (3 pack)
Other flavors and box sizes are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery of your first order.
To maintain a fair system for everyone, we only allow refunds for a maximum of one sample pack per costumer, and refunds are only available for the costumer's first order.
To initiate a return, please contact hello@dinobars.com with your order number.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
