My Favourite is the sweet potato but i do like them all. Their names accurately describe their flavours. I can assure you they are indeed gluten and nut free. They are a nice size. Easy to chew not chewy like licorice and bite into. Easy to hold the paper is just fine to eat. The paper doesn't have flavour just prevents fingers from getting sticky. Made from ingredients i can understand, they don't taste like they have been on store shelves for years. They are not on the dry side or hard. They are pleasantly not sweet. They are about 3 by 21/2 inches or 7.62 by 6.35 cm

Ever wonder how Dino Bars get their fruity flavor, soft chew, and mess-free magic? We’re giving you a peek into our handmade process — no mystery ingredients, no factory fluff, just real food and real care. Here’s how it all comes together:
Step 2: Into the Giant Mixing Bowl
Once portioned, the ingredients are poured into our oversized mixing bowl. It’s a colorful blend of purples, oranges, and more — and yes, it smells as good as it looks.
Step 4: Roll It Out
After mixing, we roll out the blend into smooth, even sheets — kind of like a giant fruit carpet!
Bonus: What’s That White Layer?
That’s our edible paper! It goes on the top and bottom of every bar to keep your hands clean. No mess, just munch.
